How is our data collected?
Ongoing consultation with schools and other educational establishments via telephone, post and email allows us to ensure we are up to date with all changes affecting education.
The current moves to Academy Schools means that each week sees changes in the education world. We are proud to say that we are immediately aware of these changes and prioritise these changes to the data.
How is data kept clean?
In addition to working with schools, we manage a huge volume of ‘email campaigns’ and ‘direct mail’ campaigns for clients.
Whenever we manage a campaign, we ensure that any returned mail, or any bounced emails are checked and amended where appropriate.
- If post is returned we call the school to find out why.
- If an email bounces we call the school to find out why.
